Terms of Service

General Information

  • All clients must be at least 18 years of age or older.

  • I accept only euros (€) as the currency, and all payments will be converted to euros.

  • Client may request a pose or expression. If you don’t, I will provide you with one.

  • During the commission window, I can edit the commission based on the feedback from the buyer (to reasonable extent - I will not redraw the whole image when I'm colouring it).

  • YCH's come with pre-decided poses unless specifically stated otherwise.

  • I only accept payments via PayPal

  • Your commission will be reserved after a reservation invoice is paid (50% of full price unless otherwise agreed upon)

  • After the piece is finished, you will receive the final image(s) after the remaining portion of the commission is paid

  • No refunds!

I Will Not Draw

  • Anything I am uncomfortable with

  • Questionable NSFW content

  • Underaged characters or characters appearing to be underage in any questionable or NSFW situation regardless of context

  • Hateful content such as abuse, hate, bigotry, non-consensual content, etc.

  • Real-life personalities or people without their explicit consent

  • My characters in settings I do not feel appropriate

You can

  • Use the art for any personal use

  • Share the work on any platform you see fit

  • Modify the artwork for personal use

  • Make a print of it for your own personal use

  • Use the artwork for non-profit purposes

You can't

  • Resell the artwork as it is or in any derivative form

  • Use it for any commercial purpose without having separate contract

  • Change the product in a way that changes the original intent or rating without consent (this includes trying to circumvent the list of things I refuse to work on)

  • Use the product for illegal purposes or to promote illegal content

  • Use my art for anything AI related. This includes having it changed or adjusted through the use of machine learning or derived AI technologies, use it for training AI-based datasets or promoting AI content or services.

  • Use my art as NFTs or anything associated with NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any other blockchain-based technologies

My rights

  • I may post the artwork in my galleries without permit as I see fit, but I am not obliged to do so.

  • I may use the image for self-marketing or as an example for future commissions.

  • Remove the image from my galleries or my hard drive without a notice (Save your commissions locally so you won't lose them).

  • I hold the rights to use the image the way I see fit. This includes making prints or including the artwork in artbooks etc. (If you don't want your OC to be used in print materials, let me know before commissioning me. I never claim your OCs to be mine.)

  • I have the right to refuse a commission without having to give out an explanation as to why. Please be respectful and understanding if I refuse your request.

Agreement

By sending me payment for your commission, you are agreeing on the terms and conditons above. If you fail to follow the terms of service, I have the rights to withdraw from the work without further notice.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I send you a commission request via DMs?

Yes, but I recommend using the commission request form. If for some reason you wish to contact me directly, you can do so by sending me an e-mail. That way I can make sure I will see your request without it getting lost.

  • How do I pay you?

I currently accept payment only via PayPal. I send PayPal invoices to my clients in two portions: reservation cost (50% of the full price) and final payment (remaining 50% of commission cost).

  • Do you take fan art commissions?

Yes! Though realistically I'm not in the know of all fandoms so expect to fill me in if I'm unsure.

  • How long do your commissions take?

Most works I can complete within a two week time period (sketches are faster) and typically none of my commissions take more than a month from first payment. This of course depends on the commission queue and I will be transparent with the timetable with all my customers.

That said, I currently study in an university of applied sciences, work as an illustrator and as a podcast host so I might get very busy at times. Please be understanding if the commission takes longer than that. I will always keep you up to date so that you know the commission is progressing!

  • Do you take NSFW commissions?

Yes, but ONLY if I feel comfortable with the work (read TOS). I charge +50€ extra fee for NSFW commissions and depending on the content, the full cost might be higher and will be calculated if I accept the work.For example: If you were to order a reference sheet with genitals or a nude image of your character, the cost would stay at +50€. If you were to order more explicit material, the final cost would be calculated before I accept the commission.

  • What counts as "questionable NSFW content"?

Any content that includes extreme kinks or fetishes or any content that I personally feel uncomfortable with. Please ask me for further details when ordering a commission!
